Up first is a song my friend Brian Burleson (brother of my closest friend Dusty) came up with on his acoustic guitar, and suggested to me that
“it’d make a great Halloween song.”  I gladly obliged. The way Brian played his harmonics and basic blues chord progressions gave me all kinds of ideas.
So I recorded his playing on a Zoom H4N, brought it to Dave Albert’s (“Gilamon”) studio in Phoenix and I played the arpeggios, added waterphone
elements, synths, etc, and Dave added a bit of bass and mixed it together.  The result is a creepy, swampy-blues Halloween song titled “Skeered.”  Enjoy.
